Delete your Tarnix account

How to delete it

1. Open Tarnix and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
3. Confirm with DELETE FOREVER.

What is deleted

Your account, your progress (on the server and on that phone), the identifiers of your devices and of your Apple or Google account, and your account's backups. If you had linked it with Apple, Tarnix's access to your Apple account is also revoked. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; the backups disappear with it.

What is kept

Nothing from your account is kept after deletion.

If you no longer have the game installed

Install it, go to Settings and tap LINK WITH APPLE or LINK WITH GOOGLE using the same account you played with. When it asks «Which progress do you keep?», choose Other progress (your account's) and follow the steps above. If you can't, write to support@tarnix.app from any address and I'll help.

Guest accounts

If you never linked your account with Apple or Google, your progress is tied only to that phone. Delete it from the game with the same steps before uninstalling. A guest account that does not connect for 12 months is deleted automatically.
